– Preparation tips: Practice basic mental math, numerical reasoning, pattern recognition, and timed logic puzzles
– Mindset: Stay calm and fast, the test values consistent performance under time pressure more than perfection

It's not necessarily about business acumen and more about methodical thinking and pace. Practice using tools like SHL-style or GMAT IR questions, and time yourself rigorously.

It's essentially a timed assessment (similar to most psychometric assessments) with quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, verbal reasoning, and business judgement. This is one of those assessments where practice will really help you be better. There are lots of free practice materials and resources online that you could leverage in preparation for it.
