Hallo zusammen,

da ich ein Angebot von Oliver Wyman vorliegen habe und sehr gemischte Meinungen zur Arbeitsatmosphäre bekomen habe, wollte ich mal die Experten / Berater hier fragen, was Ihr zu folgenden Punkten sagen könnt:

  • Wie stark wird das Up-or-Out-Prinzip verfolgt?
  • Wie ist die "Kollegialität" im Team?
  • Wie ist derzeit die Stimmung in der Firma?
