1. Having an MBB internship on your resume would definitely look good to the other two companies! There's a decent amount of cross-MBB transfers between internship and full-time positions

2. There needs to be an application open for a position for you to be able to apply. So no, you would not be able to apply even with a partner referral if they are not currently hiring BAs (though there are probably a handful of very specific exception to this rule). However, a partner referral can be very helpful in increasing your chances of getting you to the interview stage when applications open up.

If they follow specific deadlines for your position, you will need to apply according to them when applications are open, even if you have a partner referral.

It absolutely helps! Any MBB on any resume for consulting applications (including to MBB) absolutely helps.

Check with your university. Check with the people you worked with. Check with your network and the partner. If you are going via university recruiting, you likely need to still with those timelines.

In short, if you've been in an MBB already, it actually makes it even more likely to get into an another MBB. 

You are basically signalling to them that you've already been ‘vetted’ by one of their close competitors. 

Regarding deadlines in London - I'd recommend you reach out to the recruiter and ask. Theoretically you should still be part of cohort university recruitment so I doubt you'll be able to apply outside of the normal timeframe (but still worth asking).
