How do I know that only the 192 bottles are sold after 5 years? And not all of the bottles purchased/ or produced for the investment section?

During a case, you have to ask questions. One of the questions that is relevant here is for how long do you hold the bottles before selling them.

The interviewer would tell you it would be exactly 5 years, as per question #5.

5. How / when do I sell the investment wine?

Answer: Always after exactly 5 years, no cost of sale, always a buyer, no discounting
