Hi!

If you already have a referral and you want to re-apply immediately with it, you might consider asking your referee to directly inform HR. You won't need to withdraw your application then.

Hope this helps.

Best,

Anto

It depends. If you've done so recently, you should be able to withdraw it from the system. However if the recruiting team has already started taking a look at it, it's riskier.

My advance is to withdraw it if it's just been a few days. If it's been longer, reach out to HR AND flag the situation to your referrer.

Hey there,

Yes, it is possible. However, rather than withdrawing and re-applying with a referral, have your referrer contact HR directly and sort it out. Much simpler.

Fingers crossed!

Cheers,

Florian

It is possible - and can make sense if you are not yet past the CV screening stage since that is the stage where a referral can have most impact. There is generally negligible impact on overall selection of referral vs no referral.

In any case, it should be a good idea to discuss this with the HR/recruiter. They are generally helpful on such topics.

Hello,

I would discuss this with HR/your recruiter to mitigate any complex logistics. It should be absolutely fine, but if it hasn't been too long since you applied, they might just be able to add the referral to your existing application.

Hi there,

I guess it should be possible (I would contact HR just in case to check), although if you have a referral already it would be easier to simply ask them to mention you to HR.

Best,

Francesco
