I have done with my interview at one of big 4 firm and now it’s have been more then 3 weeks

Here is the update I did messaged him (hr) about the update he have read my messages about interview status, but he didn’t give me any reply back left it as on read What should I do now should I wait more ?

I'm really sorry to hear about this. This must be frustrating. 

Yes, practically speaking, there's nothing that you can do about this but wait. 

I would recommend you now start focusing on other applications, both to take your mind off this one and also to make some constructive progress.

And don't feel disappointed. It doesn't mean it's a no. Sometimes they just take a long time until they answer.

Most likely if they are not replying it's because a decision has still not been made. If it was a no they would have sent a rejection mail and if it was a yes they would have made an offer. They may be still waiting to hear from your interviewers or interviewing other candidates before making a call. 

There's not much you can do at this point besides checking in again later and continuing to apply to other jobs.
