Hey there,
This is a simple resume screening interview conducted by a few offices now.
There are usually 4 types of questions asked
- Guide me through your resume
- Why consulting
- Why McKinsey
- What skills have you learned that will be useful for practice XYZ
- still prepare for the typical other recruiter questions
Additionally, they will give you a chance to ask questions to the recruiter. Think about things that interest you and from which you can benefit
- Next steps and process incl. timeline
- Preparation advice
- Change in work/life balance due to COVID
- Future outlook
- anything else you are curious about
Cheers,
Florian
