Hi,
When I was an interviewer at MBB, we tried to get back to candidates within 1-2 weeks max. However sometimes things slip (e.g. interviewers are on crazy cases and just don't have time to complete evaluation forms).
I would wait max 2 weeks then follow up politely.
Hi,
It depends on how quickly the interviewers can meet do discuss your interview results, their staffing needs and your actual interview performance.
For example, if you performed really well, your profile is relevant and you have another offer on hand, they'll try to be as quick as possible to reach out to you with an offer.
On the other hand, if your performance wasn't stellar, your profile is not a perfect match for their practice and their current staffing needs are low, they'll probably delay getting back to you or can even shelve the decision until a later date in the future.
Can be days, weeks, or even months in some cases.
Regards,
Nick
Hi there,
Could be same day. More likely it's after a few days/a week. Sometimes it can be weeks up to a month or two.
Sit tight, keep moving forward with your other interviews/applications, and they'll let you know once they've decided.
Fingers crossed!
Hi there,
Q: How long does it take to hear back after final round interviews?
In most cases offers are extended within a few days, but in other cases it takes longer.
If you don’t hear back within one week it is fine to follow up with HR.
Good luck!
Francesco
Hi!
Anything between the same day and 10 days is pretty normal.
Anything longer than that gets a bit suspicious but doesn't necessarily spell out rejection.
If it's been too long, do follow up with the recruiter and ask them for an update. Let them know that you're in the recruitment process with other firms as well and want visibility on the status of your application.
Good luck!
Cristian

Hi,
It usually takes 1 to 3 weeks depending on the availability of HR and partners (eg @McKinsey it's a partner that calls you).
Cheers,
Alexandre
