Had my last round of interviews last week and was invited for a quick staffing & PD call with the related head of the department. However still no official response.
Any views on that?

- Moreover, delays in official communication are common, especially in summer - internal approvals and admin can take longer than expected. I would advise you to wait until the middle of this week and then send a polite follow-up to the recruiter.
- Lastly, I would strongly advise you to keep your options open and not pause other processes just yet - until you get a written offer, nothing is final.

Hi! Usually, the staffing and PD call happens after you’ve received confirmation or contract details. Getting a quick positive response is common once interviews are done. Then the contract, then staffing & PD call.
If you haven’t heard anything official yet, it might be worth a polite follow-up to check in.

That staffing/PD call is usually a very positive sign, it often happens right before or alongside an offer, especially if they’re already thinking about project fit. Sometimes HR takes a bit longer to finalize things or align internal approvals.
You’re likely in the “yes” or “strong maybe” camp, hang tight a few more days, and feel free to nudge your recruiter if nothing comes by mid-week!
