McKinsey / Accenture Alum / Got all BIG3 offers / Harvard Business School

Hi,

I would say that the culture is very different by office and country, so hard to compary. In general:

Bain - more local, small, family
BCG - more outgoing, local
McKinsey - More global, serious and conservative

Again, it is very subjective and is different from country to country
