Hi all. I would like to ask those colleagues who worked in different MBB firms - what sound cultural differences you see between firms?

...particularly interested in BCG specifics.

McKinsey / Accenture Alum / Got all BIG3 offers / Harvard Business School

Hi,

I would say that the culture is very different by office and country, so hard to compary. In general:

  • Bain - more local, small, family
  • BCG - more outgoing, local
  • McKinsey - More global, serious and conservative

Again, it is very subjective and is different from country to country
