Hello! anyone has an idea when is recruiting time for Bain - Middle East For experienced professionals? tried reaching out to the recruiter there multiple times but no response. Thanks all.
Experienced professionals

Hi,
when it comes to experienced/lateral hires, most consulting companies will look at such applications year-round and consider them on an as-needed basis depending on the relevance and fit of your profile.
As to the recommended next steps for you, I agree with the other coaches' comments.
Good luck

Typically, consulting firms like Bain have specific recruitment cycles for experienced hires, which may vary depending on the region and office. It's not uncommon for recruiters to be busy and take some time to respond, especially during peak recruitment periods. I recommend being patient and persistent in your efforts to reach out to the recruiter. You can also consider reaching out to other contacts within Bain, such as current or former employees, to gather more information about the recruitment timeline. Best of luck with your application to Bain in the Middle East!

Hi!
Sorry to hear that you're not managing to reach the recruiter.
Try also over LinkedIn if email doesn't work really well.
Or
Even better, start networking with people from that specific office. Ask them to put you in touch with HR. That virtually guarantees a response.
Here's how to source these sort of contacts and then how to conduct the discussions with them:
Good luck!

I'm interested in what you mean by ‘an experienced professional’. Lots of answers on this thread are absolutely right in saying that Bain runs recruitment timetables and so only recruits twice a year for the general consulting positions, however if you're applying for non-consulting or non-generalist roles (e.g. data and analytics, digital, etc) then these are not necessarily on the same recruiting schedule and are more likely to be ad hoc.

Hi there,
I have contacts that tell me Bain ME is mostly not hiring - they are actually staffing consultants from Europe on ME projects.
The recruiter is not a great contact to have as they are quite busy - in the future, please refrain from sending out multiple emails to the same person.
My best guess is things would likely pick up early next year. Your best bet is to network well to get both insights and a foot in the door. Good luck!

It's genuinely a very rough time to be trying to get into consulting. Demand has come down by a lot and work is slow. Once that changes you're likely to have a much better chance

Recruiting for experienced hires works all year round.
