Hi,

I believe the question is vague. Further clarification is required what "Strategic economic development" is refering to? And what does the goverment hopes in terms of outcome?

The study could be done to understand multiple things suchs as market growth, competitive landscape assesment, new opportunities etc.

Once the objective is clarified, structuring would be based on that.

Cheers!

Well the question is intentionally meant to be vague since it is a brainstorming exercise. No need to clarify objective as that is part of the question in itself. I just wanted to see what other people's responses are and what ideas they can come up with. — Adrian on Nov 09, 2017 (edited)
