Does anyone know the recruitment cycles at BCG Dubai / Middle East? Are there any application deadlines or is it fully on a rolling basis.
I would be also interested to understand the hiring situation look right now in general at BCG Middle East.

Recruitment cycles are different from region to region and firm to firm. They also change quite often. So it's always best to get your info straight from the source.
Usually, for experienced hires there is no specific deadline and the applications are on an ongoing basis. Still, it's best to check.

Via channels (Like undergrad, MBA, etc.) there are firm application deadlines. Via external/experiences hires it's rolling.
Please network - this not only improves your chances but also lets you figure out exactly when there are positions open for your office + role

So it seems like neither campus recruitment nor experienced hire applies to me. I am a business school master's grad class of 2022, spent one year as a freelance professional and I am looking now for an entry-level consulting job.

Recruitment is on a filling-basis, they have some big targets for this year, so they should be still recruiting.
