Hi,

I am having my second round at Bain Stockholm next week.

Does anyone have insights on the content of these second rounds, specifically for this office?
The only thing I know is that it’s a mix of personal fit and case, focussing on your Development areas of the first round.

Happy to take on any insights.

Best,

Anna

Hi Anna,

The second rounds should be the same as the first! As in, a combination of fit + case.

Of course, sometimes (based on office, timing, how you're applying, etc.) this round can be different. To be absolutely sure, clarify with HR.

That said, regardless of what anyone says, be prepared for anything. Be ready to adjust/react to however the interviewer that day decides to run things - you truly never know what will happen!

Good luck!

They should follow the regular process. Case interview + fit questions.

I'm not aware of Stockholm being an exception in following the regular process that Bain follows for recruiting.

Hi!

There's no significant difference in terms of content between the first and second round.

The main difference is the seniority of your interviewer.

Good luck,

Anto

There should not be any specific difference for Bain Stockholm vs Bain others processes in general. Expect a typical case-based interview with fit as well. Don't try to super-specialise in a specific type of case (such as math/exhibits) - expect any random case since it is the second round.

Focus more on handling the randomness and pressure that comes with a second/partner round.
