I have a first round interview for McKinsey and L.E.K. for the Associate position in Japan. I was wondering whether I should prepare cases in Japanese or English.

McKinsey requires fluency in formal Japanese and most part of the interviews will be conducted in Japanese. However, business English can be tested, then I usually recommend to read prep books and materials in English, in order to be familiar with common case terms, but to solve mock case interviews in Japanese.
