Any idea how to prepare for the 2 online reasoning tests of Deloitte (Numerical Test and Verbal Reasoning Test) ?

Hi Louay,

there are normally two tests you have to do at Deloitte:

  • Numerical: 20 questions in 20 minutes
  • Verbal: 24 questions in 18 minutes

SHL should be ok as preparation for both. You can find a more detailed description at the following link at Step 3:

I heard that most firms are moving away from these kinds of tests. Are they still being deployed by Deloitte in the US market?

Hi Michael, that really depends on the office, I would thus suggest to verify at local level with either HR or current contacts inside the firm. You normally have a few days to complete the test, thus even if you don’t manage to find information upfront you should be able to prepare properly before taking that test. Hope this helps, Francesco
