I joined Bain as an Associate Consultant (analyst) in 2010 and have been working there since, except for a 2 year break to go do my MBA at Harvard Business School. From the start I got involved in recruiting and after my first year I began participating in the process of selecting candidates for the Associate Consultant position from the pool of applicants as well as interviewing them. I've interviewed 100+ applicants at Bain and conducted workshops to train potential applicants. I know what consulting firms look for and what matters during interviews. I will do the mock case interview and then give you detailed feedback on your performance as well as some key tips to help you better prepare and perform during your interviews.
