Over the last 4 years I have coached 100+ students on how to make entry into consulting with a very high success rate. Getting into consulting is one part but the most important part that a lot of students don't dive deep is what is there in consulting? what do they expect in consulting ? This can be professional growth, monetary growth, work life balance, etc. I provide a candid view on all these expects based on my experience with all tiers of consulting firms (BCG, Bain, Mck, Accenture Strategy, Pwc, Deloitte, etc.). I just dont want to make one ready to enter consulting, but my goal is to make sure that one is able to grow in consulting sustainably and learn the best practices to do so!
