My approach is to start with a case to understand the level of preparation of the interviewee and from that build on the area of development of the candidate. With my Case interview experience and my consulting experience I am able to identify what is needed on the job and what skills you can show to the interviewer to impress him/her and let him/her says “I want to work with this person”
