My coaching approach is hands-on and focused on helping you make the cases work for you. As a non-traditional consulting hire (life sciences background) with limited formal business training, I had to develop a unique approach to my cases to succeed. This meant straying from the pre-defined frameworks and learning to breakdown and solve cases in a more familiar way.
While I don't expect you to take the same approach as me, I will strive to help you look at the cases differently and ultimately become more comfortable solving ambiguous and challenging problems (similar to what you will see on the job).
Outside of casing, I am also happy to talk through any and all aspect of the Bain experience in North America.
