I offer the following based on your needs. These are flexible, confidence-building and can be tailored to where you are at in your recruitment process:
- Case study diagnostic (1.0 hour coaching): I will assess your level of readiness for the upcoming recruiting process, help create a roadmap of success and answer all of your questions. I can help package a program for you.
- Case study and personal fit coaching (1.0 hour per coaching): I will develop a personalized coaching/ series of coaching sessions for you to make you ready for the upcoming recruiting process, both for the case study and personal fit parts.
This includes mock interviews, behavioural case preparation (this is one of the hardest aspects of the recruitment process). - Application files review (resume, cover letter) (1.0 hour coaching): We will discuss your resume, cover letter and the written feedback provided by me in detail to help you pass the screening stage of the recruiting process and receive the invitation for the interviews. I'll guide you through basic questions and tips on how to talk through your CV with confidence, how to stand out and tell the best stories

If you are at the start of your preparation, I am what you are looking for. I will support you in putting a plan together, show you the basic tips and tricks, and show you how to present your best self. I will provide you with the key frameworks and guide you on manners, telling stories, answering in a structured manner that you need in order to succeed and what MBB are looking for!
I will guide you through the entire process from Graduate - Post MBA, and even Manager & Senior Manager level hire processes
I take a personal approach with all candidates, ensuring that I help strengthen their strengths, and minimise weaknesses. I assist candidates on taking control in their interviews, and supprt them throughout their journey.
