My approach consists of mainly tow components:
- My case-interview sessions are based on actual cases proposed by top-tier consultancies, collected during my preparation for interviews and interview-rounds themselves, and from my work at BCG. As I was quite surprised during my first company interviews that the actual cases oftentimes are much less academic than those in the books and time management differs substantially, I can only recommend practicing with real company cases.
- As mastering the case won't guarantee an offer I am also strongly focused on preparing you for the company fit assessment. This is often described by the situational question of "would I be ok with being stuck at the airport with this candidate as my new colleague?". To increase the chances for a positive answer the candidate's attitude and openness, self-confidence, and structured communication are skills the interviewers are looking for. During my sessions I will support you to understand the assessment criteria and improve on these attributes to master the interview as a whole!
