In general, for graduates who aspire to a consulting career ADV C offers a very individual development and promotion as a generalist, specialist, expert since Oct 2022. However, this is not a dedicated time-limited support program, but rather a professional grading during your consulting career.

ADV C does, however, provide many different dedicated support programs, such as the opportunity to pursue a PHD while working as a consultant, or exciting support programs such as the ADV Female Leader Development Program that encourage dedicated colleagues to develop their personal and professional skills as much as possible.
