How long does it usually take to get a reply from MBB after having sent the application - for a rejection or an invitation to the interview (in the US)? It has been a week for me now. Should I expect a rejection?

I think 2 weeks was the max for me to get a response. In my experience usually they contact you after 3-7 days, but I don't think you have to worry that much or expect a rejection straight away. See and wait. I wish you good luck ;)
