Hi, I´m wondering what the setup of the first rounds (Tier 2, MBB) looks like.
One Recruiter/Consultant via Zoom, presenting Case/Exhibits etc...? Just one camera? How can they make sure you won´t cheat?

In most Tier-2 and MBB first-round interviews, you’ll be on a standard Zoom or Teams call with one interviewer. They’ll present the case verbally and/or share exhibits on screen. Typically, there’s only one camera (your laptop), and they rely on professional conduct rather than active “anti-cheating” measures — but they will expect you to keep your camera on and stay engaged throughout.
