Hi there,
Have you tried payscale, salaries.com, Reddit and quora? If you have, I recommend you to schedule a coffee chat with a consultant and gently ask about the salary range.
For the process, I found this article here, not sure if it is up to date, better reach out to HR or verify the website to understand the current process.
Best,
Mari
If you can't find an answer from the most common websites (e.g., GlassDoor etc.) see if you can network your way into this kind of discussion.
The data may be hard to find without a local contact giving you the information directly.
Hi there,
I would be happy to share my thoughts on your questions:
If you would like a more detailed discussion on your specific situation, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Best,
Hagen
Hello,
I can help! Happy to take the conversation offline.

Hi there,
I think the best thing that you can do is to reach out to a few people at Strategy& Beirut that have recently joined (<1y of tenure) and get a sense from them on what their track was, how they prepared for the interview and a high-level sense of the salary range.
These conversations will be super useful, especially because you'll get a qualitative sense of what it takes. I'm sure that some of these fresh consultants would be excited to provide this bit of mentorship.
And if you're planning on applying in the coming period, these articles might be useful:

Hey there :)
Strategy& Beirut doesn’t share comp data publicly, but it’s generally a bit lower than UAE or KSA offices, and closer to local market rates. Still very solid for Lebanon. You can expect a base + performance bonus + some benefits, but it’s not at the same level as Gulf packages.
To join, aim for strong academics, relevant internships, and excellent English + structured communication. Try to network with alumni or consultants from Strategy& MENA, and start practicing cases early so you’re strong when recruiting starts!
Happy to guide you if you need help with next steps!
Best,
Alessa :)
