Focus on payments, digital wallet strategy, cross-border flows, loyalty programs, fee models because these are highly relevant to Amex.
With each case you practice, after finishing the solution ask yourself: “What would a payments firm care about? What are the revenue drivers? the margin levers? The risk/regulation elements?”
