OC&C London
Hello!
Based on Glassdoor it seems like it starts at 96K pounds and can go up to 116K pounds.
Generally, when you have questions about salaries, benefits, etc. it helps to go on glassdoor and try to contact people who work for the company and trust you enough to share this info with you.
:)
Hi there,
Base should be 80-100k.
Performance bonus depends on so many factors (your performance, firm performance, office performance, etc.) that it's virtually impossible to calculate. As a range, I would expect 5-20% of base.
Signing bonus can be negotiated in most cases.
Best,
Cristian
Hi there,
I'm sorry, I do not know the specific salary offered by OC&C in London for their full-time MBA positions. I would advise you to reach out to the company directly or to consult with human resources professionals in the industry or platform such as Glassdoor for more specific information.
If you would like a more detailed discussion on how to best prepare for your upcoming interviews, please don't hesitate to contact me directly.
Best,

Hi there,
My understanding is that it is around the 90-100k range in pounds). US signing bonus is around 40-60k USD - I think UK would be lower at around 20-40k.
Make sure that no matter what the send, you aim to negotiate!
From what I’ve seen (Glassdoor + anecdotal data), OC&C London post-MBA / Consultant-level comp is roughly in this range:
• Base salary: ~£90k – £115k
(Most data points cluster around ~£95k–£110k for Consultant level)
• Performance bonus: ~10–20% of base
(So roughly £10k–£20k+, depending heavily on individual + firm performance)
• Signing bonus: ~£15k – £40k
(Seems quite variable and negotiable; typically lower than US offers)
That puts total first-year comp roughly in the £110k – £140k+ range all-in.
For reference, recent London data shows Consultant base salaries around £95k–£114k, with additional bonus on top (), and anecdotal sources suggest bonus ~5–20% and negotiable signing bonuses ().
Overall, OC&C tends to pay slightly below MBB in London but still very competitive vs other Tier-2 / boutique firms.
