Question about

Number of total days being saved calculations

On the answer sheet, I saw that the total working days saved is calculated by taking the TOTAL position needed = 200 times by the number of days saved per position which is 20 days in this case.

So my question here is: shouldn't the number of positions in this case supposed to be 100 given that the case indicates that only 50% of vacant positions will be from the referral program?

Thanks!

Hi!

You're totally right. Great catch!

Only the 100 positions that will be filled through the referral program are in scope, so it makes sense to only calculate the associated cost and benefit for these.

I'll adjust the case.

Best,

Cristian
