Question about

Is this really a beginner case?

It's very heavily quantitative and as a beginner I really struggled with it (especially in the sort of timeframes interviewers will expect) even when I had all the case solutions. Am I missing a trick?

Hi there,

I'd probably place it a bit more at intermediate or intermediate light. It's not hard, but it is a bit long which would extend the time to solve.

I would second Ian's POV - not a beginner case and definitely not advanced. The math is straightforward though maybe abit tedious and you needed to perform a some quantitative reasoning on the last question regarding value creation needing to remain in Switzerland

Hi there,

would say this one is quite intermediate in terms of difficulty - not super-straightforward, but you will also find a lot more complex cases.

Regards, Andi

Hello,

I'd classify this as an intermediate case. But honestly, all cases are tough as a beginner - keep practicing, and you'll be up to speed in no time!
