They are likely to present you with a scenario (based on a real case) on some sales improvement they wanted to make, and will have information on their sales organization, processes, tools & systems and incentives (amongst other possible options).
The questions will be around what you would do to transform the organization. Which measure would you take and why. It will be much more operational than a case interview, as they are assessing you in a more technical way.
I've helped other candidates with operations related roles, and this is what they had on their interview (and is aligned with my understanding of having worked at EY).

I am interviewing with EY in London. They have notified that it will be a case study round of about an hour. I couldn't gather much information online hence thought of asking here once

First of all, you always want to be ready for anything. Just because they are in x department doesn't guarantee that they will interview in those topics. Just be flexible/adaptable!
That said, it is more likely than not that they will case you on….you guessed it! Sales Transformation topics.
Have a google to better understand Sales Transformation.
Go to EY and read their Sales Transformation page. Read the job description and the profile of your interviewers to get additional ideas as to what could be asked.
