I know results takes 1-2 weeks to finalize. I have been waiting for my MBB final round results for 13 days now. Is it okay to follow up with recruiter before 14 days or should I wait till 14-days period is over?

It is totally fine to follow up now. You can follow up starting from 1 week after a final without any risk of appearing pushy if you write your email in the right way.
