Have any of you done the interview with McKinsey Switzerland last week? If yes, have you heard back from them yet?

I had a candidate interviewing 2 weeks ago with McKinsey Switzerland and they got back to her within the week. 

So it's perfectly normal if you haven't heard back yet. 

Anything under 10 days is perfectly normal.

• First of all, although none of my coachees had their interviews at McKinsey Switzerland last week, you can assume that they will usually make a decision within a week.
• Moreover, given the currently rather long lead times, while you may certainly reach out to them after a full week has passed, it can also take longer, even if typically not more than 2-3 weeks.
• Lastly, while waiting, I would advise you to keep yourself engaged in refining your case study and personal fit interview skills. This will ensure you're in top form if they call you back for further rounds or if you have other interviews lined up.

Usually you get an answer within 1-2 weeks, but taking 3 is not that uncommon.

In general, you *should* hear back within a few days, especially if it's good news.

It may take 2-3+ weeks though, often with less good news (but not always).
