Hi there,

Congrats on getting the interview with BCG! To your questions:

Q: do they only give IT/data/digital cases?

Cases normally follow the same structure but their context is around tech / digital themes. You can also expect more general cases as well. Double check with your recruiting contact.

Q: any digital topics / technologies i should review / prepare?

This depends on your tenure. Are you applying to entry level or experience hired position? For the first, just read some tech / data / digital articles on MBB sites to be comfortable with terminology. For the second, If you are already familiar with such terms, your would be required to prove it during the interview (they would check what you know based on your experience, nothing new).

Q: where i can find such cases to practice?

My colleagues already shared good materials to practice. If you still need help, I suggest you contact with a coach to help you with the preparation.

Q: are there are any tips/feedback on how to prepare for those type of cases

Nothing specific your those cases. They are prepared the same way as others. Happy to solve question you have, just send me a DM.

Good luck!

Hi there!

Always go straight to the source. You need to ask the recruiter from that specific office what type of cases you should expect and whether the structure of the interview diverges from the typical one in any way.

There are differences from office to office that's why any answer that you get here is not going to be 100% reliable.
