BCG Online Case (chatbot) results

Question

Hello everyone!

I took BCG Online Case a week ago and honestly I am pretty sure I failed (even though deep down I still have a little hope). Do you think they're going to contact me to let me know I failed?

The online case was the second step between the HR screening phone call and the first round interview, so I was wondering if maybe they don't bother calling if you fail before doing an actual case in person. The main reason why I am asking is because all the people I talked to heard back in one or two days and proceeded with the first round, but I don't know anyone who failed at this stage, so I don't know what to think.

UPDATE

For anyone reading this in the future, they called me back after almost one month to schedule 1st round interviews. HR confirmed they always always give feedback, so do not lose hope until you hear back.

Yes, you should be notified no matter what (whether it's an acceptance or rejection).

In any case, you should hear from them and I would reach out at the end of the week if you have not heard anything.

Sorry to hear that and hope you can still pass!

At MBB they normally inform you of the results, regardless of the outcome. So yes, I would expect them to contact you even in case you don’t pass the test.

If you don’t hear from them within one week from the test, it is totally fine to reach out to HR.
