Ive been invited to complete the Bain online Assessment. Does anyone have any insights on what it is about and how to best prepare?
Also do they give this test to everyone who applies?

Hi,
The online Bain test takes 45-75 minutes testing numerical/analytical reasoning, verbal reasoning and business judgement.
Preparation are very similar like for a GMAT:
- practice math calculations and pattern/graph recognition
- test under time (rule of thumb: 1 minute/qustions)
- prepare fast reading

Adding to the above - you may be able to find some free resources to practice SHL, JobTestPrep, and CaseBasix
But yes Bain assessment questions are quite GMAT-esque
Hi there,
All these tests are rather similar.
So do go for some of the examples mentioned below by the other coaches, and also try similar tests from other firms. The cross-learning potential from test to test is significant.
