Bain - no application confirmation / event registration confirmation emails

Hi Community!

I recently submitted an application to Bain Texas Women's Leadership Summit and registered for a couple of Bain events, but I never got any confirmation emails afterward. I checked and saw that I got emails after every submission last year - does anyone have a similar experience?

As a student from a non-target-school, I don't have a specific school recruiter - who should I reach out to for help?

Thank you so much in advance!

Angel

Hi Angel,

While I can't advise specifically on Bain Texas and their women's events protocols, I would keep in mind the following:

1) Things change (their procedures + organizing individual may be different)

2) There might be a delay

3) Check your spam

4) If no word in a week or more, Google the office and grab their contact info - you can reach out that way.

Dear candidate,

great you are being thorough. This could just be that their practices have changed and that you will hear from them a bit later. I would reach out to their general HR contact, for example for recruiting and ask.

Best regards

Charlotte

Hello!

Ugh, sorry to hear about that. Have you checked with other girls in your school or others to see if they got a similar issue?

Have you tried reaching their HR in your home office just in case? They sit in the headquarters, so sometimes is as easy as calling.

Cheers,

Clara
