I completed my Sova assessment for an Associate Consultant position at Bain Dubai two months ago, but I still haven't received any feedback from them. I tried to reach out to them via mail, but I did not receive any answer.
Should I consider my application process closed, or could there be some delays in their process, possibly due to the current situation?

Not sure what the issue is but I know candidates who did the SOVA in September for the Dubai office and received their feedback already.
I would reach out to HR and clarify!

I am in the same boat, completed the Sova test on September 7th and still have not heard back even after emailing HR
Completed the SOVA in october and a friend did in sep aswell and still haven't heard back, apparently they still don't have to quotas on new hires for 2025, hiring usually starts back around the end of Q1. Or have you heard back by any chance!
