Hi! A question like “How would others describe you?” is a nice chance to go beyond listing three strengths. You can show a bit of personality and back it up with feedback you’ve actually received. I’d keep it authentic and pick a few qualities that fit the role.

For example, you could say:
“People I’ve worked with would probably describe me as someone they can rely on, especially when deadlines get tight. In my last team, colleagues often told me they appreciated that I stay calm and organized even when things get hectic. They’d also say I’m curious and willing to jump into new topics, I’ve had teammates mention that I ask good questions and try to understand the bigger picture, which helped the team move forward.”
