Peter is a former Case Team Leader with Bain & Company in London and Johannesburg where he was in charge of experienced hire recruitment and international and red brick pre-MBA recruiting.
Since leaving Bain & Company Peter has been a Partner with InnerSquare, Europe's most prominent elite consulting recruitment firm where he developed the candidate preparation programme which led to a near 50% acceptance rate of their candidates. Peter is currently CEO of Consulting Skillset (www.consultingskillset.com), a niche training firm focused on problem structuring and communication for Consultancies and aspiring consultants.
With experience of well over 500 case inteviews, he will target the case in real time to identify areas of improvement and provide a prioritised practical development plan as a follow-up.
