WHO I AM

I am a former BCG consultant in Madrid office and a Jr. Manager at Kearney Madrid, with 3+ years of consulting experience. Since my MBA at IESE, I mentored and coached 150+ candidates with a significant number of them receiving offers from MBB and their target companies. I am an active interviewer of Kearney and have had a personal success rate of 100% of all the interview process I have participated. My experience working for some of the best consulting firms also provide me with a great network that my mentees could leverage to land their dream job.

WHY ME

MY APPROACH

I have help over 150 candidates through their processes and I know how to adapt and tailor each session to your needs. In my opinion there is nothing more helpful than dare-truth, so if you decide that I help you land your dream job be prepared for sessions that might be challenging but complete. 

FRAMEWORKS

I have developed a comprehensive approach to prepare candidates with the case structuring. Learning how to structure a case is the most important part of any interview, which will make the difference from getting an offer or a rejection. I this sense, I personally think that there is not generic framework that can be learnt but there is an approach to the structuring that any GREAT candidate must develop.

FIT PART OF THE INTERVIEW

Candidates tend to undervalue the importance of the fit part, to focus on case solving preparation. From my experience I believe this is a big mistake, because every interview starts with the fit part and will be the difference between getting along with your interviewer of having to fight the rest of the interview to keep his attention.
