I enjoy working with passionate and engaging people. I've been part of the recruiting team consistently throughout my tenure at the Firm. I've benefited greatly from my time with McKinsey and definitely have seen the skills & experience gained there in accelerating my career. I am happy to help you put yourself in a position to do the same.
My approach is rather simple but effective: (A) Baseline assessment through mock interview (1 hr), (B) Feedback & discussion of baseline assessment (1 hr), (C) Interview approach, strategy, & tips (0.5-1hr), (D) Addition mock interviews & feedback (1.5 hours per mock interview)
I am comfortable adapting to your specific needs and where you are in the preparation process. There is truly no "one-size-fits-all" approach when it comes to preparation for interviewing. Contrary to the popular notion, it's not as simple as "casing" or applying "frameworks". Depending on time availability, I also hope to offer you feedback and tips/suggestions for non-verbal feedback (e.g., body language).
Also, a key note on why I am doing this. I am strictly providing my coaching services to generate funds for a family foundation. All procceds will be donated to the The Mutahir Rauf Foundation (MRF). The Mutahir Rauf Foundation is founded and run by my family in my late brother's memory--a small non-profit that provides health and education services for orphans & young women in rural Pakistan with the aim to give the marginalized members of society an equal shot at life and uplifting their communities.
