Hi all, my question is what seniority is the case interviewer for BCG? Also, how much prep work does the case interviewer does before the case interview?

In the first round it's generally Project Lead level, sometimes Consultant or Principal. In the final round it's generally Principal and Partner.
The case interviewer has created their own case and had it reviewed, been trained significantly, and shadowed interviews. So, they've done a lot of prep to start interviewing candidates. In terms of prepping specifically for your interview, they have done no prep.
Hi, it depends on the office, but overall in the 1st round PL/principals (some geographies also consultants), final round partners/principals
