Hi ECON,

This is a great feature!

I was wondering what are the different steps of the application process (eg. written test, phone interview, assessment day...)?

Thank you very much in advance for answering my questions, I highly appreciate it!

Hi Leon,

Thank you for your interest in E.ON Inhouse Consulting and for handing in the very first question for #AskECON! :)

We welcome online applications all year round! After receiving and reviewing your full application documents, we will get back to you within five working days to let you know whether we would like to invite you to one of our Recruiting Days.

You can think of the Recruiting Day as an individual assessment center: After an introductory company presentation by our Managing Director, you will be asked to take an analytical online test, followed by three case-based interviews with our senior management.

The day offers you the chance to get to know our team and find out more about your individual career opportunities. That very same day, we will provide you with personal feedback and all successful candidates are immediately offered a contract!

Best,

Halina

Hi Halina, great to be able to interact directly! I was wondering, since the cover letter is optional online- would you consider an application without a cover letter incomplete?
