Hi,
There is no typical team since it really depends on the type of the project:
- There is a manager (EM)
- Many projects are EM+1, meaning there is also associate + BA. EM it that set up can also be leading a work stream
- Max will be EM+3 for the team - otherwise, it becomes hard to manage
- There will be an AP, Partner and the Director in different capacities
- Often there is more than one team on the client
