Hi all,

Curious to hear the community's thoughts on Roland Berger in General and their Dubai office more specifically. I am currently in the recruitment process and would be great to have some pointers on factors to consider, the company's focus, growth, reputation, progression, opportunities, etc..

Thanks

Hey there,

I think the best data points can be found on Glassdoor for such questions.

From my outside-in personal experience of interviewing with them and experience from peers and friends who worked there the main points are:

  • A bit unprofessional (my interview was rescheduled several times one day before the date)
  • A bit of a tougher and harsher culture compared to other consulting firms (Christmas party where Partners were called onto the stage based on the revenue they generated for the company...)
  • Take-over and struggling rumors since years since

Take it with a grain of salt and try to speak to current or former RB consultants.

Cheers,

Florian

Hi there,

If you can specify what matters to you (prestige, culture, work-life balance, etc.) and what you're comparing RB to (other consulting firms, other careers, etc.), then we can better answer this question!

Pros and Cons are relative :)
