Recommendation for Bain case interview coach

Hi everyone,

I am looking to get coaching from an ex-Bain Manager and above for my Bain interview case interview prep.

Who would you recommend for coaching on Bain case interviews?

Hey there,

1. I would simply go into the coaches database and filter for

  • Employer: Bain
  • Recommendation Rate: Descending

2. Look at the first couple of coaches, read their reviews and success rates.

3. Reach out to them and ask for an intro call.

4. Go with the one you like most.

Cheers,

Florian

Hi there,

You can search on coaches by their company! I would also search based on a # of sessions and star/approval rating as well to narrow your selection.

Then, have a call with the coach to make sure they fit your needs!

Hello!

You can use PrepL filters to find people who have worked for Bain.

However, most coaches have interviewed for all MBBs and have the experience to guide you through the process, in case you don’t like that much the Bain people in the intro call.

Hope it helps!

Cheers,

Clara

Hello,

You can filter for people who worked at Bain in PrepLounge's coaching list, but generally all MBB-focused coaches should be qualified to help with Bain interviews. All MBB interviewers look for the same core competencies in applicants and the interviews aren't highly differentiated by firm, so I would recommend checking out some coaches' bios and seeing who you think you would work well with.

You should look into the specific market as well. The case experience is not the same in every country, so having one that is from the area you are recruiting for can be an advantage.
