Overview on who (consulting) is Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 - Germany & US?

Hi all,

I am wondering if anybody had a good list/overview on who is which Tier (like 1. McKinsey=Tier 1; US and Germany; ...), including ranks?

There are different opinions and probably different perspectives, that's why I'd like to hear your thoughts ...

Thanks !
