I was interviewed several times by ATK, so I will try to answer your question to the best of my knowledge. They have tried to test my verbal and quantitative skills in 2 different interviews.

1. Numerical reasoning assessment - advanced numerical reasoning appraisal
Quantitative questions that are very likely to involve business context, like using numbers financial tables, revenues and profit margins. Be sure you are familiar with basic business terms and contexts.

2. Critical thinking assessment - Watson-Glaser II Form D
Verbal questions to test your ability to quickly and accurately digest different sources of information and infer conclusions and summaries.
Watson Glaser is a specific test that I thougt only law firms use to test their candidates. So be aware, it is advanced qualitative questions.
