Is McKinsey Dubai still hiring at the BA level? I am aware that the bigger chunk of the intake recently seems to be for other offices in the region, specifically Riyadh and Doha. But I am wondering if recruitment for Dubai has been stopped entirely.

Consulting activity in the middle east region is quite high these days and all the big consulting houses are in a hiring spree to fill the surge in demand. McK should be in the same boat. Yes agreed, there is a bigger drive to push for intakes (esp. at the BA level) in Riyadh and Doha to fill the local mandate requirements. But Dubai hiring should not be slowing down. As highlighted, best to reach out and network with some existing employees to get a more clear picture.

Hey there,
Middle East hiring is centralized and everyone I have talked to in the last couple of months indeed was pushed into Qatar or Saudi Arabia or for local candidates the new Egypt office.

Recruitment never stops :) Especially during a time where MBB offices are losing people and talent supply is limited at every level.
That being said, I would suggest to do some networking in the Dubai office to get your finger on the pulse.

Earlier on during COVID, MBB stopped junior hiring in Dubai, directing candidates to Doha or Riyadh. Given the pickup in business, firms have resumed hiring for Dubai, though there is still a push to hire in Riyadh and Doha.
Firms have also been tweaking their BA programs, so reach out to the recruiting team to get the current BA program details.
